Terms of Service
By using i3billing you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
1. Who provides the service
i3billing is provided by Ivan Bettarini (i3idea), Via Santa Margherita 33, Prato, Italy — VAT (P.IVA) 02583830977, sole proprietorship.
2. What i3billing is
i3billing is a connector that lets an AI assistant (Claude) read the data in your Fatture in Cloud account and, once enabled by your plan, write to some of it on your confirmation (see §5). It is not invoicing software and does not replace Fatture in Cloud: to use it you need your own active Fatture in Cloud subscription and access to Claude.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the credentials you sign in with and for the activity carried out through your account. You authorise us to use the tokens issued by Fatture in Cloud to query your data on your behalf, and you may revoke that authorisation at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You may use i3billing only on data you are entitled to access. You may not: attempt to access other users' data; place loads on the service that impair its operation; circumvent technical limits or confirmation prompts; resell the service without a written agreement.
5. Write operations
The hosted connector is read-only today: the two tools that modify data in Fatture in Cloud (internal note, creation of an untransmitted invoice) are not active and will arrive with the paid plans. Once enabled, they will run only after explicit confirmation in the conversation. It remains your responsibility to check what is created before using or transmitting it. No i3billing tool transmits documents to the Italian SdI.
6. Beta
i3billing is currently in beta. Features, limits and pricing may change, and interruptions may occur. We will give reasonable notice of changes that affect you.
7. Pricing and payments
The prices published on the site are indicative and apply to the beta phase, excluding VAT. Final commercial terms will be communicated to you before any paid plan is activated.
8. Third-party dependencies
The service depends on third-party systems (Fatture in Cloud/TeamSystem, Anthropic, Google Cloud). Changes, outages or limitations introduced by those providers may reduce or suspend i3billing functionality, and this does not constitute a breach on our part.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". Answers generated by an AI assistant may contain errors or omissions: they do not replace verification against the original documents, nor tax or accounting advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit or data arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or that puts the service or other users at risk, giving notice where possible.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we update the date at the top and, for substantial changes, notify registered users.
12. Governing law
Italian law applies. The courts of Prato have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer forum where applicable.
