Questions we get
- What happens when the beta ends?
- We tell you first. Anyone using read-only access will not find the service switched off overnight: the Free plan stays, with the limits we will state.
- Do I need a Fatture in Cloud subscription?
- Yes. i3billing does not replace Fatture in Cloud: it talks to it. You also need Claude access with connectors enabled.
- What counts as an "additional account" on the Studio plan?
- Every Fatture in Cloud authorisation connected beyond the first. One authorisation can see several companies: those are not counted individually.
